A significant issue with the hotel includes a pervasive odor resembling sewer or mildew that permeated my room, even after relocation. The breakfast lacks variety and quality. options are limited, and the refill service is noticeably slow, leading to guests leaving unsatisfied. Additionally, the hard beds can cause discomfort during sleep, leaving a less-than-ideal impression for the price paid.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore local attractions and the staff were incredibly accommodating, even helping us organize day trips. The premium dinner buffet featuring local cuisine was a delightful experience. However, the furniture felt a bit dated and the breakfast didn't meet expectations.

I loved my spacious Beautiful Double Room with a large bathroom that had both a standing shower and a bathtub! The variety of Live TV channels was excellent I was thrilled to discover the fantastic breakfast spread, which changed daily and offered plenty of delicious options.

the breakfast was just an absoluteley disappointing affair with cold selections and non-existent toast. the staff seemed oblivious and never provided the complimentary upgrade I simply deserved after that. it's almost like they don’t understand customer service. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but I just couldn’t. overall, highly underwhelming.

Payment process was concerning!!! The lack of a working POS machine and relying on manual card details raises red flags!!! Improve payment security and streamline check-in procedures!!! Internet connection could also use enhancement for a smoother experience!!!

sunlight hotel was a fantastic choice! my deluxe room was spacious with a tub and a balcony, making it perfect for relaxing. the breakfast buffet was delightful and offered a great variety. i loved how the hotel is conveniently located right beside a grocery store and just a short walk from the baywalk. plus, the friendly staff made our stay feel even better!

The spacious Deluxe King Room provided a comfortable stay, and the breakfast buffet was delightful, featuring home-made ice cream that I couldn't resist. Staff friendliness made interactions pleasant, adding warmth to the experience. However, the plumbing issues in the bathroom and the disappointing quality of the Wi-Fi were significant drawbacks, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable time. Despite the appealing aspects, these issues made it hard to overlook the overall comfort.

Free Wi-Fi was great, but air conditioning could be quieter at night.
